Turkey's priority is to prevent a probable "Kurdistan" after Saddam is taken down.

They have a significant minority of Kurds, who have been fighting for independence (taking a chunk out of south-eastern Turkey) through their terrorist organization PKK. The last thing they want is a Kurdish country as a neighbour.

So, I expect the Turkish army to go into Northern Iraq big time if America invades Iraq.

Other than that, they will probably ask for (and get) from America the usual stuff - some billions of foreign debt erased, more aid from America, lobbying for their entry into Europe, etc.
