With the upside announcement from the beaten storage sector and the call yesterday that the chip equipment manufacturers COULD see a 10-20% increase YoY in the next couple of quarters, it is time to buy at any price.... ALTR received an upgrade today after gaining about 18% since last week. The note states that ALTR should trade at 40X 2004 numbers. $18.00 target <g>
