I assume the reality is : 1xEV-DO user # 1 ties up the network from 0 seconds until 0.01481 seconds. Then, 1xEV-DO user # 2 ties up the network from 0.01481 seconds until 0.03298 seconds. Etc., etc. Right ? Jon.
