Folks: I just have to post this from IN board. Subj: Web,Dont expect much Date: 97-07-25 15:31:33 EDT From: EMorris369 The web site may be up again but I would not expect any posts by anyone from the company. I made a site visit on Thur the 24th.I was treated very well by the folks at the plant but any new info was hard to come by. It's not that they are trying to be secretive or want to keep us in the dark.The new Attorneys that Mr Carroway hired to get this mess straightned outhave laid down the law about what can and can not be said. Projections'estimates,and guesses on when something may or may not happen are strictly forbidden. This SEC thing has every one very uptght, and unrerstandably so. What I did learn I will share with you,but I dont know if it's news or not. As you know the EPA tests were run,and the results were great.You also know that after the tests the equiptment must be shut down for 45 days. What I did'nt know was that the 45 days does not stare untill the EPA publishes/releases the findings. This has not happened yet. The felling is that the release could happen in a week or ten days. As to what is on site,there is the one unit that is ready to go. There iis no second unit in production. The felling I get is that the cost to produce it would be to great to just to just let it sit while the EPA sits around with its thumb up its collective asses.(my words,not GRNO's) In talking with Peter McDonough,who is pretty dam sharp contrary to what some of you may think,the idea is that from the date of order a complete system can built on any site and ready to run in six weeks.There will by necessity be some outsourcing but that is to be expected.For those of you who like to count cars there were three at the plant and I guess there will be four when the Engineer is there As we all know there is not much info comming from the company. I would like to say in their defense that you cant blame them.Every word they utter is picked over by some &$#%@ the SEC. There is some fear that if we raise to much hell those people will double their efforts to find fault even if they have to invent it in order to cover their own asses for this feasco.
