Truman, I follow Dorsey Wright's Point and Figure Charting. I have to agree with Money to the effect that the large cap stock NYSE is getting into the RED area with a NYSE Bull percentile ranking of 74 percentile equal with the percentile in September '95. It was only surpassed in March '87 at 76% remaining there and above 70% until April '87. However, the OTC Bull Percentage remained at 64.9 percentile. The previous highes were 68 Percentile in December 1992 and May '96. Thoughts to reflect! Paul
