They could only get the money from the corporation to their pockets by salary or dividends, both of which should be progressively taxed. However, most small businesspeople evade taxes by incorporating and putting personal expenses on the ledger as corporate. In fact, I met someone who gave lectures on this at one of my favorite bars in NYC, the SoHo Grand.
