Witness NK What? You think Bush's rhetoric caused the NK problem? Yes I do. I don't suppose you've stopped to give a minute's thought to what you're saying? NK was violating the agreement well before Bush's statement, hell before he was elected. How do you square THAT with the notion BUSH caused the problem?
