Uh, MSI? In CA the gov't CAN'T confiscate your home for non-payment of taxes. Illegal. They have to wait till the home is sold at your death. And if your spouse survives you, they have to wait until he/she dies. THEN they get their cut. unrepresentative gov't tax So which colony of the US do you live in? All the states and their people have representation.
