We were not at war during the CLinton era. What's wrong with that? After 9-11 we needed more military spending and boy are we getting it. Now that Bush has recklessly woken up North Korea (a power we have no military leverage against) we might be in trouble. Just hope NK doesn't make a military move because if they do we're F'ed. All because of Bush's Axis Of Evil talk versus NK. When he should have let sleeping dogs lie. You dont talk big unless you have a big stick.
