No...I think that applies to regular accounts now. It will also apply to IRA accounts (which were exempt) after Feb 10.
I really hope they get enough negative feedback and an exodus of account holders to reconsider these changes. I was always pretty much satisfied with them, but it seems they no longer want to be the discount broker they once were. Trading commissions have gone from $12 to $21. Minimum balances have gone from $2000, to $10,000, to $25,000. No fees to large fees etc.etc Too rich for me, I'm looking elsewhere.

Can anyone share their opinions of Scottrade or Ameritrade?
