So far they seem to have had no discernably positive effect, if they tax cuts goes in to the hands of the people who need it and would spend it, it would create jobs.

Lou Dobbs moneyline is running a poll right now as to which proposal is preferrable, the Democrats is at 71% vs REpubs 29%.
