I saw that. I would still stay away. They have $18.4 mil in cash. With all the charges they basically have zero room
to move. Their revenuess though up y-y and basically
non-existent. The bond holder will end up with most of the new company and they in turn will need a cash infusion soon. On the plus side their interest payment liabilities are significantly reduced.

If you want to play cable HLIT may be the better choice.
