Uh, what about Somalia, Rwanda, Haiti, Bosnia, and Kosovo? What about no-fly zones we maintained over Bosnia, N. Iraq, and S. Iraq during this time? My friends and I were on active duty most of this time and we endured a tripling a our commitments while our force structure was cut in half. You obviously were not paying attention during this time but I lived it. I earned hostile fire pay in two combat zones during this time.
