ATA, this could just be the A of an A-B-C brother up move to the move off the lows this fall. If that's the case, we could go on for a while yet before turning down. This first leg could go to 1500 COMP, drop to a .382 re-trace to 1430, then move up to 1600 or 1750, all by the end of February.
