Only polls that matter now are about 2004. Nothing scares Bush more than fololowing in his father's footsteps. So far so good. A carbon copy. But it's too early. Bush can go up and down in the polls depending on if he has a war to scare us and rally us. But if he tries to engineer a war before the 2004 elections he'll be going to the well one too many times. He wont lose as bad as his father did but will lose in 2004. I see no way his tax plan can give up a vibrant economy by then. He went largely in the wrong direction.
