One of the problems with Democrats is they think all jobs programs come from the government. Putting money back in the hands of individual americans will create more jobs than a hundred government programs. This proposal removes the double taxation of the past on dividends and encourages more investments in the market. Good for investors, good for consumers, good for businesses. Governments can only create the environment around which private organizations build, grow and then hire more workers. Socialism only works in the short term.
