Gross is sounding more and more ominous every month. Is he just trying to talk down prices for things he has to buy, or is he putting his money where his mouth is? Pretty cogent arguments: pimco.com That means paper - paper anything - is going to be in a bear market - and no matter the outcome, an extended hard asset bull market. The more people wise up to what is occuring, the bigger the gold bull. I repeat, why in the hell would ANYONE, especially foreign, hold any US$ denominated assets? Isn't it completely clear that they WILL be sacrificed to fight deflation? It just amazes me that the "run on the bank" hasn't happened yet. Guess that's reserved for recognition wave - or capitulation wave. BC
