Kenneth, they would do such a thing only if they have converted the majority of their bonds. Right now, I am not sure what is happening, there should be oodles of shorting but it is not reported, very starnge, the only other possibility is that they have delivered stock against those short position (from the conversion), but in that case, the decline should be over, I do not think that is the case. Anyone writing to the SEC may want to ask clarification of the reporting requirements of shorting against the block. Zeev
