A very sad ending to a very sad situation. I guess what comes around, goes around....

To say that Mr. Pipes is misguided in his intention to spread the neocon dogma via Campus Watch is the kindest wording I can write publicly on the internet. Given his immense talent as a writer, scholar and educator, I find his behaviour and blackballing via Campus Watch very disturbing. It was very well within his mean to express concern by writing a thoughtful and cogent piece, as an op journal, in one of the many newspapers, magazines, and journals he has close influence and ties with. Instead, he chose a path of rage and destruction.

Sometimes the neocons are so smart, they outsmart themselves. I hope this is the last chapter of a sad story.
