As was noted elsewhere, today's downgrade makes 9 such 'actions' in the past ~6 months. During this period, a period in which there zero upgrades, the stock has risen over 26%.

Stockholders should continue to pray for rain.

[In any event, in the course of my DD while contemplating an investment here, DSL subscriptions appear to be far ahead of expectations...leading one to further question the timing (and motive?) behind today's downgrade.]
