Clinton reduced budgets after the Soviet Union crumbled I understand that but he also seriously reduced the living standards of Army based soldiers and families "unbecoming" I despise Clinton he set back this nation a full generation in a number of ways the Camp Lejeune guy was sincere, 65 yrsold, calm, rational, frustrated, and dedicated to the Army, which he clearly loved who the hell is unbecoming? this guy spent over 20 yrs in the Army, and as he put it, saw living quarters and supplies and most everything pulled out from under, leaving USA unprepared for any threat whatsoever Clinton went against many DoD members advice in dismantling the intelligence network we knew about terrorist threats several years ago, and never believed them while Slick Willy was getting his willy waxed under the table, American troops were left exposed to high risk you sound drunk / jim
