What I found amazing about that long term chart you posted was its incredible accuracy in bull and bear markets. Net 0 by Large traders in a Bull market is a buy, Net 0 by Large traders in a Bear is a sell as long as commercial and small traders remain divergent. This has 100% accuracy. The 8 times since Jan 1999 that this has happened has returned 29%, 20%, 38%, 23%, 18%, 32%, 48%, and 37%.
