The Clinton/Greenspan accidental slide into deflation created by the Clinton tax hike and primed by the disastrous Greenspan monetary policy of the late 90's is the disaster GWB is trying to pull the nation out of now. The Clinton recession and Clinton bear market could yet destroy us all, though that will likely be avoided as Bush will prevails on a scale that will shock the declining left over the next two years. The elimination of the official fraud of double-taxation of dividends is a bold and unexpected move that will drive the American socialists back another mile they can't afford to lose.
