Wayne, Well, deficits were declining, though I never believed the surplus story, under Clinton and they've been growing geometrically under Bushwacker. Meanwhile, Greenjeans has made a record number of rate cuts under the Bush banner. It certainly looks to me that Bush is pumping both pedals while Clinton concentrated on just one.
