Paul: Welcome to the thread. I seem to recall Bob Brinker recently
quoting similarly ponderous bullish percentages (75% or so) with
respect to Market Vane. Howsoever, if memory serves, Brinker
was quick to remind his listeners that Investors' Intelligence
bullish readings had not yet approached the dreaded red zone.

Your succinctly expressed technical perspective is an excellent
complement to this thread.
