My broker. I don't use a mainline trading outfit and don't intend to. I have never had a problem getting shorts or puts. Mostly done shorts up until recently.

My main area of put/short interest is presently in the banking/finance area, with secondary interest in the homebuilders, and some DOW overvalued stocks.

I don't trade around the fringes much. I build up positions and if I think the fire is heating up I add more fuel. I make my money by cashing in on major moves.

In regard to the HUI/XAU I'll go on record as stating I think it is in the final stages of a minor correction, a iv of 1 probably. To catch these moves you have to be in before they start imo. At the same time it is prudent to observe for signs of failure. I have yet to see that sign here. If we do get a good move, I will probably lighten up towards what I perceive to be the end (of this move).
