Of course it will have a lasting effect on him. It has to. What those folks did to that guy was really unconscionable. As for PBA - I don't think it will be banned soon. The Republicans don't have enough fire in the gut to do it. And besides, we have lost who we are and as long as that is true, we will allow ourselves to kill our own children, killing ourselves, as we think we "need" to do it.
