FWIW - Tail Wind Fund LTD holds 2.4M shares of TRIB WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--Tail Wind Fund Ltd. reported a 5.7% stake in Trinity Biotech PLC (TRIB) Wednesday, according to a Schedule 13G filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Tail Wind owned 2.4 million Trinity shares as of Nov. 27, 2002, the investment fund said in the filing. A Schedule 13G denotes a passive investment stake in a company. Filers aren't required to provide a reason for any changes in stake and aren't required to detail any transactions.
