NYSE down volume has been on a decline since a huge up spike at 2pm yesterday. It that time it has moved from plus 200million to a present minus 360million. We are setting up for strong reaction to Friday's E.R., one way or another. I have wondered that on the post crash of 1987 that led to the Executive Order that created the "The Working Group" to do whatever they deem necessary to stabilize the financial market, how much can they REALLY do, are their laws that restrict them or is this actually a Carte Blanche???? If Carte Blanche, o my:)
