Hi Doug: Somehow I can't get excited about one currency that gets weaker vis a vis another: weak paper vs. not so weak paper. I'm sure it means something, but I sure don't know what. Nor can I get all that excited about gold...except to note that it's in an uptrend and some gold stocks offer long-side trading opportunities. I LIKE gold and silver, had 'em buried in bags in my back yard 25 years ago. But some of these gold enthusiasts have gone round the bend, and are swiftly closing in on chronic-droolerdom.If you can help me understand the implications of a weakening dollar I shall be grateful: so grateful that I'll make you an honorary Red Sox fan.
