I thought it was encouraging that HP had doubled in sales, if it stays along that same trajectory it won't take long to make up for the increased royalty payments. I think next quarter should be more indicative of where this company is headed, since it won't include the non recuring charges. I imagine it was very distracting last quarter also having to deal with the litigation, must have been pretty consuming of managements attention.
