Actually Au was up relatively more today at the close, I'd had a look earlier. I don't follow Au - is it a hedger and if so how do you explain the difference in performance? From experience it seems to be a somewhat beaurocratic slow moving behemoth - compared to Barrick, but it is certainly the stellar performer just now.
