It is a pretty crappy email service,
which explains how I was able to hack the account. To get in, I only need his first name, last name and to answer his password reminder question. He stupidly used his scam alias, Jacques Harel, while establishing the account. His password reminder question was "What is my native town?" It took about 10 guesses, mostly major Nigerian cities, before I worked a hunch and correctly answered Cape Town. It then occurred to me that he could use this reminder backdoor too, so I changed the password reminder answer to something he will never guess, and changed the question to, "I took your email, asshole!"

I'll just keep checking it from time to time. So far, no responses from scamees other than robot messages for the spam he sent to bad addresses.

So, from now on everybody can reach me at jharel@infodesi.com

Course, I probably won't answer because of header privacy issues. :0
