I purchased one of their programs(Labels Unlimited) in December. It was not delivered until February due to production problems. The program was absolutely awful. I reported the problem to tech service and was told that some of the bugs I reported had never been reported before. I was told that they were working on an upgrade and that I would receive a new version....free. I received a letter last week that a new version would be released the first week of July and that I should call their customer service dept (at my expense) to tell them if I still wanted the upgrade. It is now July 21..and still no upgrade. If this is the direction that Softkey is headed..I wouldn't load up on their stock.
