Crime...crime peaked in NYC, which everyone thought was the world's most dangerous city, in 1990 when Dinkens (a dem)was mayor....it started to fall in the last two years of his admin. The highest crime rates were usually in the largest cities and most mayors of those cities were black and usually democrat.... None, imho, deserve credit for falling crime rates...ditto for governors... Bosnia....you seem to have forgotten the round the clock bombing campaign of Milosovic and the fact that not a single American life was lost....That was Clinton's doing.... As for the economy, the numbers speak for themselves....we went from budget surplus of about 250B to deficit of about 250B...coincidence????? Clinton was and is very popular around the world....Bush is mostly hated.... So on one thing you're right, " it is no good to misrepresent the actual record....... "
