This is a result of an administration in the defensive, Ray. See what little Powell is doing with Telecom "The New Railroad Industry".

When I said Telecom Act of 1996 was dead people were surprised. But it is. All the de-regulation and liberalization is being rolled back in earnest. This augur badly for the US economy.

Those guys are so hell bent in winning 2004 election that they will throw the future of the country to the air to do it. They are looking really in despair.

Hey, who get those positions are the ones who contribute more to the campaign and not the more able!!!
