Bush's tax plan is arrogant not bold. Not bold at all. Arrogant as it refuses to back down from the very real fact it benefits the very rich, loots the treasury and leaves many children and families behind. And it has practically no stimulus effect and will result in much greater deficits, which will in turn eventually drive up interest rates and dry up liquidity even more.
