Here's several examples of the idiotic efforts of the Vice President. The salient one for this thread was Cheney's hubris in thinking he could go the Middle East last summer and line up support in all the capitals for Gulf War II, aka "Deserter Storm". His score was perfect. 100% of the leaders he cajoled ended up supporting Saddam.
