if you've got one that supports your opposing view I haven't reached my position by reading articles. I came to it by thinking of the word "quota" and realising that it was one of these poll tested phrases which is being used in ways that mean different things to different people. The word has been demonised and therefore is no longer descriptive. Code words are often a way to avoid discussion instead of an aid to encapsulating ideas. I think the word "goal" is more descriptive of the concept. TP TP
