Edit: Now I hear we have over 500,000 IT professional without jobs, we have plenty of supply for years to come. It is also shame & disgrace that we will not retrain our professionals with so-called latest technology and I hire someone with phony resume. We should blame ourselves, we hired them because we were bribed and got rid of anyone who was threat to our job security. IMHO.
