Hello, Paul. Lalit doesn't post as much as he used, too, but...may I respond?

Gold is a by-product of copper mining...very very much so. Phelps-Dodge is a good example of a large mining company with significant revenue from "gold credits" albeit it not in percentage terms of their overall copper production. There are other examples, Phelps-Dodge is just one of the better known names. No, I do not own
Phelps- Dodge.

Altho' bizarre, we've earned the right to be bizzare...some of us have been yakking gold up and down for over 10 years with each other on the net, and there isn't a whole lot to say that hasn't been said, in Doug-speak or E Chatter. It's just that irrational exuberance over a mere $100 rally in PoG from the $252ish level is hard to contain, ya'know?

If you want a couple of other "less bizarre but still informative gold threads" Private Mesage me and I'll share a couple of suggestions for you to consider here on SI.

So what do YOU like in last mile players...anyone stand out there after all the wrangling and wrestling for position?
