I am guessing, but I would assume there will be no effect on a short term trader. Automatically since the day traders one day gain or loss would not contain a dividend and structurally by not doing the calculation for cap gain except on a monthly or yearly basis. But I have Grin, you reminded me I almost went to work for the guys who figure this stuff out in DC after I graduated. :))
