The leaders of both Britain and the US are on record as making very strong statements that WMD exist in Iraq. Remember both the Blair and Bush speeches before they engaged the UN to begin the weapons inspection program?

One would think, based on the strength of those speeches, that the UN weapons inspectors would have and should have uncovered at least a hint of something? But this hasn't happened.

Regarding Blix stating there are still some questions? Of course there are. There's all kinds of questions. Here's one:

If the US tells us it must protect its sources of intelligence--I'd imagine these are Iraqi sources. So what's the relevence of doing this if the result of that intelligence is such that a war must begin, because WDM exist? Indeed, if you think about it, there'd be no need to protect those sources once the war has been won because those sources would then be on the winning side and have nothing to fear.
