OT: I was involved in a similar incident once, minus the dog. a friend and I were pulled over in his car, went through the routine of putting our hands out the window, laying on the ground face first, hands behind the head, the handcuffed, the whole time under 6 or 7 guns. car was searched, we were searched, they found nothing. the fuzz wouldn't tell us why or what this was about. we sat in the back of a cruiser for about 10 minutes, then they let us go explaining a "black 2 door sports car in the downtown area was fleeing the scene of a robbery" and "we got the right guys so you can go now..."
