Great presentation, IMO. We get, with T131, the Icos trip with son of viagra (new wrinkle, known drugable target, 2001 sales of $1.5B), wrapped in oral-active, small molecule and advanced leads for 13 targets.

T67 and T607 doubts are priced in, the question is "fully?".
