Maybe we'll be seeing more partnering of Moore and Wiefels or Moore and Kippola but less of Moore and Johnson. CBS Market Watch has reported that the SEC has filed a civil suit again Paul Johnson "for issuing fraudulent reports on companies that went public during the Nasdaq bubble."
