Dave--I've had a month or so contemplate this Antec-TCI arrangement now, I think it will be good for ANTC over te short term. Short term in this case may mean up to two years as TCI upgrade evolves. My money is on TCI (TCOMA) benefitting more, but that's a whole 'nuther issue. If I had any ANTC stock, I'd keep a sharp eye on Edgar filings to see if TCI makes any changes in their equity position of Antec. Only other cautionary note I have is the risk of doing too much business with just one client. I'd be curious about what percentage of ANTC revenue is related to TCI... current and when this system(s) upgrading is in full swing. Meanwhile, I think you have a winner with little risk at current price. I hope it does well for you. Paul
