VH1 BEST OF 2002: The VH1 Best of 2002 Awards ceremony took place at the Grand Olympic Auditorium in Los Angeles on December 4th and aired on December 15th. Norah won the award for Best Young Female Singer and later played "Don't Know Why" with her band. Toward the end of the song John Mayer and his band emerged from the dimly-lit sidestage (where they'd been quietly providing additional backup) and strummed a few chords to segue into Mayer's "Your Body Is A Wonderland".
