Even if true it just means they are for ballistic missiles (which can carry nukes) rather then nuclear warheads.

What is the spec of the tubes the Iraqis bought? What's the metallurgy? The wall thickness? The diameter? What are the attributes of tubes that would be suitable for missiles with nuke warheads and which would not? What's the difference between a nuke and nuclear warhead (from your sentence above)?
