The bio-rat has now become a real super-rat. On a serious note I have been in contact with the ceo the past 2 days, nothing new to report, they believe the suit is without merit and plan additional legal action, which we already knew from their release.
Where this leaves their liquidity and capital resource positions I don't have a clue, because they won't tell me.
I do expect a counter suit will be filed soon.

Both stock are broken on a technical basis.
As it stands, I would say maybe leaving both alone till we get more info is the best bet, as there are plenty of other things to buy long in the bio/medical sector.
What does the thread think?
